Tape Session 8.

I have had several since the last one, I am sorry I haven’t posted in awhile. I have been very busy with work and being sick.

Weight: 246

Neck: 20.5″

Waist: 46.5″

BF: 30%

I need to get my BF% down to 28%. In reality I need to lose 66 pounds, but I’ll settle for 1.5″ around the waist. I am losing some weight, but I am mainly losing in my chest and thighs.

Tape Session 7.

Weight: 249

Neck: 21″

Waist: 47″

BF: 29%

The scale was off… apparently I am 5′10″ not 5′8″. So… 1% to lose for enlisted, 5% for Officer. What to do…. what to do….

Tape Session 6.

Weight: 249

Waist: 48″

Neck: 20″

BF%: 32%

Still need to lose about 8% or 40′. Although I could enlist at a 4% BF loss or ~20′. Something to consider.

Tape Session 5.

Weight: 252

Waist: 47.25

Neck: 19.5

BF%: 32

I still need to lose about 8% BF. It has been hard lately with the demands at work to get to the gym of even eat properly. I am back at the gym and I bought lots of Myoplex for work so hopefully, I’ll get the ol’ metabolism working again.

OCS Video

1/4 of my goal is met.

Way back in May, I set a fairly realistic goal of 185 pounds. I weighed 288 pounds at the time and got down to 268 by the end of June. In July, I had several things happen in short order that derailed my fitness program. I started smoking again, quit working out and basically hit Taco Bell as much a humanly possible.

I could feel the changes almost immediately. I felt dehydrated, I generally felt like crap all day, I was always tired, and I slept a lot. In September, I decided that enough was enough and got up off my ass and started drinking nothing but water, cutting out all carbonated beverages and caffeine. It also took a few weeks, but I stopped smoking again, as well. I got back in a gym and oddly enough, I wasn’t that far behind from when I left off.

The point of all of this, is when I was looking over my numbers, I realized that I have lost over 25 pounds from May, which is a quarter of my goal. I could dwell on how much more I could have lost if I would have kept with it, but there is nothing I can do about that. I think I’ll celebrate by drinking some Crystal Light and having a banana.
